Details

Der Yambo Espresso ist intensiv-dunkel geröstet und hat einen schokoladigen Geschmack. Dazu entwickelt er eine tolle Crema und passt gut zu Milch und Zucker. Die Bohnen stammen aus Kamerun und Tansania.

Er wird in Höhenlagen von bis zu 1800 m im Nordwesten Kameruns angebaut.

Der mittlere Mahlgrad ist für alle Zubereitungsarten geeignet.
