Der Espresso Correcto ist kräftig-intensiv. Er schmeckt mit seinen Noten von Nuss-Nougat und Whiskey besonders gut zu Milch. Die Röstung der Bohnen ist mittel bis kräftig dunkel.
Der Correcto ist eine Mischung aus vier verschiedenen Hochland-Arabicas. Die Mischung besteht aus dem La Perla-Kaffee aus Bolivien, dem Nuevo Futuro-Kaffee aus Kolumbien, dem Sonrisa-Kaffee aus Mexiko sowie dem Nica organico aus Nicaragua.
