Ein milder, heller Rohrzucker mit feinen Zuckerkristallen. Dieser Zucker wird bei der Herstellung nicht raffiniert, sondern durch die Zugabe von Zuckerkristallen zur Kristallisation angeregt. Das Zuckerrohr wird von der Kleinbauernkooperative Manduvira angebaut und in einer eigenen Verarbeitungsanlage in Paraguay zu Zucker verarbeitet.
