Yha Hauka - Organic Ground Coffee 250 g

Unfortunately, we will have to say goodbye to our beloved Yha Hauka coffee in November at the latest, as we will no longer be receiving fairly certified coffee from the cooperative. But cheer up! We are already looking for new, fair trade organic coffees from Papua New Guinea or Asia. Together with our quality manager, we have analysed which coffees are an alternative to Yha Hauka. One thing is clear: there is no other coffee in our range with exactly the same profile. Nevertheless, we recommend our Sonrisa from Mexico, which impresses with its bitter notes and a touch more acidity and less sweetness, and the Oromia from Ethiopia, which enchants with its mild sweetness and floral notes. In fact, the flavour of the Yha Hauka lies exactly between the Sonrisa and Oromia.
